General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
On the 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect. GDPR gives you extra rights on how your data is stored, processed and used by organisations and schools such as St Fintan’s High School.
We want to reassure you that we take our responsibilities under GDPR very seriously. We fully respect the privacy of your personal data and we have the necessary systems in place to keep your data secure.
We have updated our Data Protection Policy to give you more information about the data we hold and what we do with that data. This policy contains a number of appendices relevant to the new General Data Protection Regulations:
