At St Fintan’s High School, we are committed to providing an inclusive, supportive and student-centred learning environment where every young person is encouraged to achieve their full potential. In keeping with the values of ERST and Department of Education guidelines, our Additional Educational Needs (AEN) provision aims to support students with a wide range of learning, emotional, social and behavioural needs. Through early intervention, collaborative planning and differentiated teaching approaches, we work closely with students, parents/guardians, teachers and external agencies to ensure that appropriate supports are in place. Our AEN team promotes inclusion, wellbeing and positive educational outcomes, enabling all students to participate fully in school life and to develop the confidence, skills and independence needed for future success.
AEN School Inspection Report will be published here in September, 2026
